Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an "Order Acknowledgment" email confirming that we have received your order details and authorized your payment.

Next, we will verify product availability with our suppliers. Once confirmed, your payment will be processed, and we will begin preparing your order for shipment.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via email, enabling you to monitor your shipment effortlessly. If you do not receive tracking information within five business days of placing your order, please contact us via chat, our contact page, or at support@mysaunahq.com

Curbside Delivery Information

What is Curbside Delivery?
Curbside delivery is an exterior delivery service in which the palletized shipment is unloaded from the truck at the curb adjacent to your property. If adequate space is not available, the customer is responsible for identifying a suitable location for unloading.

Please note that delivery personnel will unload the items from the truck but are not authorized or insured to move them onto your property.

If you require assistance in transporting the pallet onto your property, we offer white glove delivery services. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

Pre-Assembled Sauna Deliveries
Pre-assembled saunas are delivered via flatbed truck by special appointment. Due to their size and weight, these shipments require off-loading using either a crane or an extended forklift, which is not provided by the courier. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the necessary equipment and personnel to offload and transport the sauna to its final location.
